Change Of Mind
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Vegan Accessories will offer a gift card, exchange or credit at our discretion to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
1. Items are returned within fourteen (14) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase and;
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.
Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on (07) 3398 8140 or alternatively email email@example.com within fourteen(14) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Vegan Accessories will provide a gift card, exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.
If you believe your item is faulty after the 14 day time criteria, Vegan Accessories may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if item is deemed faulty.
Please note that all of our bags are hand woven and hand dyed and the colour shade and exact sizes shown in the photos may vary slightly from one product to the next. These minor variations in shade or size are not regarded as defects.
